This site is not finished, and it says so in the places where it is not. That is a decision rather than a stage.

A placeholder that looks like content becomes the content. An invented phone number gets dialled. A made-up statistic gets quoted back at us. A stale inspection rating gets believed. So anything nobody has confirmed appears here as an open item, at the size the real answer will occupy, rather than as something plausible.
- There is no main enquiry phone number yet, so the contact page says so at full size instead of printing one that does not connect.
- Every photograph on the site is a marked slot carrying the brief for the photograph that will replace it.
- These posts are placeholders and each one says so in its own first paragraph.
