Terms and conditions
Required by lawWe are required to publish this. It is written against the instruments named in each section, so you can check us.
Written againstCompanies Act 2006, Part 5 Chapter 6. Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, regulation 6. Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 2.
Last reviewedTBD — not yet reviewed and dated by Bluebell.
These terms cover your use of this website. They are short on purpose, and they are not a care agreement.
If you are arranging care with us, the document that matters is the written agreement you will be given before care starts. Nothing on this page changes it, limits it, or stands in for it.
Who runs this website
Companies Act 2006 Part 5 Chapter 6; Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 regulation 6The law requires a company to show its registered name, company number and registered office on its website, and separately requires a name, a real postal address and an email address to be easy to find and permanently available.
Bluebell Care Group is a new organisation and has not yet completed its registrations. Until it has, the details the law requires us to publish here do not exist to publish. We are not trading, not accepting placements and not delivering care while that is true.
- Registered name
- TBD — including “Limited” or “Ltd”, exactly as incorporated.
- Company number
- TBD
- Registered in
- TBD — the part of the UK the company is registered in.
- Registered office
- TBD — a real address, not a PO box.
- TBD — the project records a mailbox name but no verified domain, so publishing an address here would produce a message that silently fails to arrive.
- VAT number
- TBD, if registered.
- Regulator and registration number
- TBD — which of our services are registered, with which regulator, and under which number.
These are the only gaps on this website that are a legal exposure rather than an unfinished page, and they close with information Bluebell already has.
What this website is, and is not
It is an information site. You can read about our services and send us an enquiry. Nothing here forms a contract: there is no booking, no payment and no signature, and sending an enquiry does not commit either of us to anything.
It is specifically not:
- A care agreement. Care is arranged in a separate written agreement that sets out what we will provide, what it costs, notice periods and how to complain.
- Medical, legal or financial advice. Nothing here is a substitute for a professional assessment of anyone’s needs.
- An emergency service. The enquiry form is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency call 999.
- A way to report abuse or neglect. See our safeguarding policy for the routes that actually work.
Using this website
You may read it, print it and share links to it. Please do not:
- Use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Try to gain access to any part of it you have not been given access to.
- Send anything through the form that is unlawful, or that you have no right to share — particularly personal information about someone else who has not agreed to it, unless you are raising a genuine safeguarding concern, where you should share it.
- Attempt to disrupt it, or extract its content in bulk for another service.
Our content, and other people’s
The text, design and code of this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You may quote from it with attribution; please do not republish it as your own.
Where we link to another organisation — a regulator, a council, a helpline — we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Accuracy, and availability
We try to keep this site accurate and current. Where something is not yet confirmed we mark it “TBD” rather than guessing, so if you see that, take it at face value: we do not know yet.
We do not promise the site will always be available or free of errors. If something here is wrong, please tell us and we will correct it.
Our liability
Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 section 2; Consumer Rights Act 2015Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. That cannot lawfully be excluded, and we are not trying to.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website — for example from relying on a page that turned out to be out of date, or from the site being unavailable.
This clause is about the website. It has nothing to do with our responsibility for care. Our duties to the people we support come from the law, from our regulator’s standards and from the care agreement, and a page in a website footer neither adds to nor subtracts from any of them.
Complaints
A complaint about this website: any route on our contact page.
A complaint about care for an adult, or about how we have treated someone: our complaints route. We will acknowledge it within three working days — that is our own commitment, not a statutory deadline. If you are not satisfied with how we deal with it, you can take it to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, normally within twelve months.
A complaint about our children’s services: the same complaints route, and we will acknowledge it the same way. If you are not satisfied, you can take it to Ofsted, or to the council responsible for the child through its representations procedure. The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman cannot consider a complaint about a children’s service.
A complaint about how we have used your personal information: our privacy policy sets out the route, which since June 2026 starts with us and can then go to the Information Commissioner.
Law, and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. TBD — the date these terms were last changed.
If we ever add a booking, a payment or anything else that concludes a contract through this site, additional consumer rules apply to that transaction and these terms will need rewriting before it goes live.
