What we publish, and what the law requires of us
Seven documents, each on its own page so it can be cited, dated and checked separately. Every one names the Act or regulation it is written against.
2 of these are only legally required of an organisation above a size threshold, and Bluebell has not yet confirmed whether it crosses it. Those pages say so, and are written as voluntary statements rather than in the language of compliance — because a statement that claims a duty it does not have is a misrepresentation, whichever direction it flatters.
